Owen was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and reliable. I was kept informed at all times, from the initial quotation through to the final clear-up. Super pleased with the work carried out by Owen Thomas and his team at Baglan Garden Services. They were at my door 8am promptly on Saturday. They didn't waste a moment getting to work on an enclosed garden, wrap around feather edge fence (3 sides). They didn't stop, really grafted. They were very polite and professional and took really good care of my property, showing the utmost respect. They also took down and disposed of my old shed and cleared up after themselves. I can't express how impressed I am with them and my amazing fence. They finished it just before it got really dark, so I don't have a good photo to show. More than happy for Owen to return to photograph his excellent work. I hope to use their services again in the very near future, he's a tradesman that I trust. 100% would recommend. Owen & the boys took down my old fence, reduced a big privet hedge & fitted new hit & miss fencing. They worked very hard & in poor weather - the end result was better than I expected. They were all friendly & Owen even cleared up a load of sycamore leaves from an overhanging tree. Owen has just completed a day removing trees and reducing a hedge for me. Absolutely amazing, all done professionally and at a really reasonable cost. Apart from the finished result looking so good he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and has left the garden immaculately cleaned up.
